Exchange and Return Policy – Field'n Frost

At Field'n Frost, customer satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we created a clear and transparent exchange and return policy. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, contact our Customer Service team to receive the necessary instructions.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
Customers may request the cancellation of a purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  • The cost of return shipping in this case will be covered by Field'n Frost.

Note: Products that do not meet the conditions above will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

1.2 Refunds
After the returned product is inspected, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit Card: Refunds may appear within up to two billing cycles, depending on the card provider.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the return is approved.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange for Manufacturing Defect
Field'n Frost offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure for exchange:

  • The product must be shipped following the instructions provided by our Customer Service team.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The technical analysis process may take up to 15 business days after the product is received.

If the report confirms the defect:

  • The customer may choose to receive a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
  • Exchange for another available product, paying the price difference if applicable.
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

If the report denies the defect:

  • The product will be returned to the customer with a detailed explanation, without the right to replacement.

Reasons for denial of exchange include:

  • No defect found.
  • Improper use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Signs of natural wear or misuse (e.g., improper washing or handling).

2.2 Exchange for Size or Color
We do not accept exchanges due to wrong size or color selection. Product measurements and details are provided on our website to help customers make the best choice.

3. Order Cancellation by Field'n Frost
Field'n Frost may automatically cancel an order in situations such as:

  • Payment failure or inability to process credit card charge.
  • Invalid or inconsistent customer information.
  • Product unavailable in stock.

3.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation
If the cancellation is initiated by Field'n Frost, the amount paid will be fully refunded through the same payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be issued in cases such as:

  • Inability to deliver due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Product unavailability in stock, with the option of replacement or full refund offered.
