Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return procedure.
