Shipping Policy – Field'n Frost
The products offered in our store are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.
1. Shipping Method and Delivery Times
Our shipping method, called “Free Shipping,” has no additional cost and usually takes between 20 to 45 business days (after the product is dispatched), depending on the destination.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
- Every order includes a tracking code so that customers can monitor the delivery progress.
2. Possible Delays
In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to logistics issues, customs inspections, strikes, holidays, peak seasonal demand, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Customs Duties and Taxes
Most orders are delivered without additional costs. However, in rare cases, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If customs duties apply, the customer will be notified by the local postal service or courier and must pay the fee to collect the package.
- Field'n Frost is not responsible for reimbursing any taxes or government-imposed charges.
4. Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment gateway and credit card provider.
5. Order Processing
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code by email or via the contact details provided at checkout.
- The tracking code will be sent within 8 business days after payment confirmation.
6. Receiving Your Order
It is important to check the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, opened, or shows signs of tampering, refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Service immediately.
7. Multiple Products in One Order
If your order includes two or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a unique tracking code will be provided for each item.
8. Tracking Information
Since shipments are international, tracking updates may take several business days to appear in the system after the code is generated.
9. Responsibility
- Damages caused during transportation are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipment will only be made upon payment of new shipping costs.
- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be redirected to a local postal office or courier facility for pickup. Failure to collect the package within the specified time frame may result in the item being returned to the sender. A new shipment will then require a new agreement between the customer and Field'n Frost.
10. Customs and Import Regulations
As this is an international shipping service, any order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays and additional charges. Field'n Frost is not responsible for these additional costs.
